Job Description (Tasks):
1.Prepares budgets and implementing tactical programs for comprehensive integrated brand communication
campaigns for the brand assigned, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure that set targets
are achieved.
2.Analyzes competitor behavior to ensure timely adjustment of the marketing strategies/initiatives and prompt
reaction to competitive challenges when necessary.
3.Works with trade marketing executive for most effective trade merchandising materials and trade initiatives to
maximize brand presence at trade level and increasing sales opportunities of the brand assigned.
4.Manage Marketing processes and systems (Brand Development, Consumer/ Trade promotion, Advertising &
Creative, Brand P & L Management, Value & Pricing Management, Trade Marketing, Packaging, Dunlop Shops
management).
5.Monitor external agencies to ensure projects are well-handled and on-time delivery.
6.Increase national brand awareness and brand coverage through dedicated marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Good Knowledge of marketing process and systems.
2.Good knowledge of consumer insights/market research
Good in agency leadership
3.High degree of execution skills and planning skills
4.Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
5.Bachelor degree
6.Good command of both written and spoken English/Mandarin
7.3 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably with construction material or FMCG industry.
