ACTIVITIES
1. Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Production, Logistics and Marketing to provide the best for our existing OEM customers (PM,SH Bus,Jincheng…) and improve our relationships with them
2. Create specific marketing tools and services for all Key Accounts; develop dedicated ones for each Key Account based on its particular needs
3. Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in promoting our company to other major OEMs in China (HDDO and Public works)
4. Carry out surveys for a better knowledge of the market needs (product, price, place, promotion) and competition. This must contribute to positioning our offer
5. Initiate recommendations to the Senior Key Account Manager in terms of business approach and solutions (products, marketing tools and services) to offer our Key Accounts
6. Develop business with potential Key Accounts.
7. 2nd worldwide lubricant market with many automotive OEMs (motorbike, car, truck, van, bus…) and Fleets which should be treated as Key Accounts by lubricant players l, not only for the great volume generated (first fill and service fill) but also the image associated with the respective customer brands.
8. Under the management of the Key Account Manager ensures optimal service to all Key Accounts
9. Develop strong relationships with current and potential Key customers
10. Seek for new key account in China
11. Elaborate suggestions to improve the current job
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Diploma or bachelor degree in business related major, major in auto will be a plus
2. 3+ years of customer service experience in a foreign company and similar industry, sales background will be a plus
3. Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibility and enthusiastic
4. Possess good communication, presentation and influence skill
5. Good command of both oral and written English
6. Computer literate, good knowledge of MS office software applications
